The Vet-STRONG Certification Program is designed to incentivize companies of all sizes to acquire and retain Veterans for at least one year. The goal is to not only drive down Veteran Unemployment but leverage this tremendous American resource to accelerate economic recovery. Vet-STRONG at its core is an economic investment initiative to re-capitalize the U. S. workforce.
TMG Inc. is offering interested companies across America a Vet-STRONG, Vet Ready Assessment and customized training event for companies who desire and will commit to hiring and retaining Veterans. The purpose of this project is to create a Veteran Hiring and Retention proving ground that will determine and define a modernized approach to a nationwide Veteran Talent Acquisition and Retention Support Program based upon industry best practices and state-of-the-art theory. This validated program will be used to meet current and future talent needs by leveraging the Veterans available due to the downsizing of the United States Military. This program is for companies who need to re-capitalize their workforce and believe Veterans are part of that effort.
The overall scope of this effort is to develop a nationwide approach that will create a model for reducing Veteran Unemployment. This assessment is the first step of a long term transformation process which must be fully integrated and synchronized with companies’ day-to-day operational hiring needs during the modernization process for companies of all sizes across America.
